Terms of service

Last updated 17 August 2026. Using the site means you accept these terms.

These terms are between you and Deeporax AI LTD, company number 17293947, Oldham OL9 9SB, United Kingdom. English law applies. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

The service

YouTubeScribe extracts public YouTube caption tracks and related metadata, and offers paid tools on top of that text. We do not guarantee that a given video has a track. A miss is a valid result.

Your job with the text

A public caption track is not a licence to republish someone else's words as your own. You are responsible for how you use exports. Copyright still applies.

Accounts and plans

Pro is billed monthly or yearly as shown on the pricing page. We may suspend an account that hammers the extractor or uses it to break another service's rules.

No warranty

The tools are provided as they are. Auto captions mishear names. We clean repeated cues. We do not certify a transcript as a legal record.
